Special Educational Needs (SEN) Science Teacher : Knowsley

Randstad Education is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic SEN Science Teacher for a full:time, long:term position starting ASAP in a school on the Knowsley. This is an incredible chance to use your expertise to help students with special educational needs, including Autism and Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD).
* Responsibilities Include:
* Customising science lessons to meet the unique requirements of each student.
* Creating stimulating and inclusive lessons using practical experiments and visual learning.
* Integrating objectives from students Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCPs).
* Offering both academic and emotional support to foster student confidence and well:being.
* Working closely with other teachers, support staff, and parents.
* Keeping accurate and detailed records of student development.
* Supporting the ongoing improvement of the science department.
* Essential Requirements: We are looking for candidates with at least six months of experience teaching SEN students in UK schools who possess:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a science:related degree.
* The legal right to work in the UK.
* A valid Enhanced DBS check (or the willingness ).
* Demonstrated proficiency in managing classrooms and behaviour.
* A genuine passion for building inclusive learning environments and inspiring an interest in STEM.
* Strong communication and collaborative skills.
* An adaptable and resilient approach to teaching.
