Are you an experienced Social Worker looking to make a real impact in safeguarding vulnerable children? Surrey is seeking a dedicated and proactive Qualified Social Worker to join its Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) Team
Key Responsibilities
* Triage incoming referrals from public and professionals.
* Gather and analyse information from partner agencies to identify risk and determine next steps.
* Make safeguarding threshold decisions, often initiating S47 enquiries or referring to Children's Services.
* Contribute to multi-agency meetings and decision-making processes.
* Maintain accurate records and data management in line with statutory systems.
