We're delivering nationwide facilities management, including M&E support, cleaning, catering, and grounds maintenance, using technology for efficient planned and reactive services.
We are currently looking for a Contract Manager based in London (105 Victoria) who will ensure that our delivery performance is in line with contract obligations and Building Services business processes. These services must be delivered to budget expectation or better and with high levels of customer satisfaction.
As the Contract Manager, you will:
1. Manage all Building Services directly employed staff to ensure that their performance meets the agreed and acceptable standards for the service delivery.
2. Manage agreed KPIs and SLAs, ensuring best use of all resources to ensure targets are met.
3. Recruitment of any new staff required on site, whether temporary or full time staff to ensure site is adequately resourced for service delivery.
4. Review and develop new operational strategies to ensure continued improvement to service delivery.
5. Manage any additional business opportunities that will deliver client satisfaction and increase contract sales revenue.
We are looking for:
6. Must have 5 years’ experience delivering a Hard Services FM contract.
7. Experience in business development.
8. Management qualification.
9. Experience of managing large commercial sites with values in excess of £1.5m p.a.
10. Management experience of service delivery in high profile offices
11. Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing with all levels of staff and clients.
12. Ability to manage and prioritise a demanding and varying workload.
