Job Description
A growing executive architecture practice based in London is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Technical Architect to join its team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Architect with a passion for construction and technical delivery to work on a variety of high-quality residential, commercial and hotel projects across the UK.
Responsibilities
* Lead and coordinate the technical delivery of projects through RIBA Stages 3–6
* Prepare and manage construction packages, detailed drawings, and specifications
* Work closely with contractors, consultants, and clients to ensure technical compliance
* Conduct site inspections, resolve on-site issues, and support contract administration
* Mentor junior staff and contribute to a collaborative and hands-on studio environment
Requirements
* ARB-registered Architect with a strong technical and construction background
* Demonstrated experience delivering UK projects through construction stages
* Expert knowledge of UK Building Regulations and technical standards
* High proficiency in Revit is essential; experience with AutoCAD and NBS Chorus is a plus
* Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities
* Comfortable working both independently and within a small, focused team
