Our client are a leading specialist in bespoke engineering solutions. With a focus on high-quality manufacturing, they are now looking to grow their team with a new CNC Machinist who is skilled with both online and offline programming.

Key Responsibilities As A CNC Machinist:
* Program, set, and operate CNC milling machines with precision.
* Utilise Powermill 3D CAM software for offline programming.
* Maintain tight tolerances and high standards in all machining tasks.
* Collaborate with the existing team member to ensure seamless operations.
* Participate in discussions to establish and implement a 2-shift pattern.
Skills, Experience, and Education:
* Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.
* Knowledge/Expertise: Proficiency in 5 Axis machining and Powermill 3D CAM software (Delcam).
* Innovation: Ability to think creatively and solve complex engineering challenges.
* Business Impact: Demonstrated experience in producing high-quality, bespoke engineering products that meet stringent standards.
As A CNC Machinist You Will Work:
* Monday – Friday
* 8am – 4.15pm, 3.15pm finish on Fridays
* Up to £40,000 annual salary
* 15% bonus scheme
