Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products Be a productive member of the team. Requirements Key Responsibilities: Spatial Data Operations Digitize spatial features (polygons, lines, and points) using source maps, imagery, and reference datasets. Edit and refine geometries to maintain spatial accuracy and topological integrity. Identify and update missing or incorrect spatial representations of land charges. Validate spatial data against authoritative sources such as master maps and cadastral layers. Textual & Attribute Data Management Review and correct textual attributes related to land charges, including addresses, descriptions, and identifiers. Identify missing, incomplete, or inaccurate charge records and flag them for correction. Assign land charges to the appropriate charge types based on defined business rules and classification standards. Categorize and standardize textual attributes to ensure consistency across datasets. Data Quality & Validation Perform data quality checks to identify duplicates, missing fields, incorrect mappings, and inconsistencies. Validate linkages between spatial and textual datasets to ensure accurate relationships. Maintain audit trails and document all updates made during data correction activities. Data Import, Export & Handling Import and export spatial and textual datasets in required formats (e.g., CSV, Shapefile, GeoJSON, GDB). Ensure accurate data transformation and formatting during import and export processes. Support bulk data uploads, batch corrections, and dataset comparisons. Operational Support & Coordination Adhere to defined operational workflows and SLAs for data correction and validation tasks. Coordinate with reviewers, supervisors, and downstream teams to resolve data-related issues. Maintain clear documentation of processes, decisions, and exception handling. Support review cycles and rework based on quality and audit feedback. Required Skills & Qualifications Technical & Domain Skills Basic understanding of spatial and textual data concepts. Familiarity with GIS digitization and geometry editing. Interest in learning land charge data, cadastral datasets, or similar regulatory/property data (preferred). Basic knowledge of data categorization, classification, and mapping rules. Familiarity with data import/export workflows and common data formats. Tools & Technologies (Preferred) GIS tools such as ArcGIS, QGIS, or similar platforms. Spreadsheet tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel) and basic data handling utilities. Exposure to spatial databases or geospatial data services is an added advantage. Soft Skills Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. Ability to understand structured datasets and business rules. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to follow defined processes and meet deadlines. Clear written and verbal communication skills. Experience 0–2 years of experience in data operations, GIS data handling, or spatial/textual data management. Fresh graduates with strong GIS and data fundamentals are encouraged to apply. Educational Qualification Bachelor’s degree in Geography, GIS, Geomatics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Accuracy and completeness of spatial and textual data corrections. Compliance with defined data standards and classification rules. Turnaround time for assigned data correction tasks. Reduction in rework and recurring data quality issues. Benefits A challenging, innovating environment. Opportunities for learning where needed.
