Responsibilities Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility. Provide companionship and emotional support to residents, fostering a warm and welcoming environment. Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in resident conditions to the nursing staff. Assist with meal preparation and feeding as required, ensuring dietary needs are met. Help maintain cleanliness and organisation within the care home environment. Requirements You must have minimum 1 years UK experience within a care home setting You must have an enhanced Adult DBS on the online update service You must have all mandatory training certificates You should possess strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with residents and team members. You are a compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others is essential. You must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends if required, as part of a dedicated team.
