Pay Rate: From £14.00 per hour
Hours: Full-time, Term-Time (Temporary - with potential to become permanent)

Are you highly organised, IT-savvy, and looking for a rewarding role within the education sector? We're recruiting on behalf of a thriving secondary school in Dartford for a Data and Support Officer to join their administrative team.
About the Role:
As the School Data and Support Officer, you'll be central to the smooth operation of the school's information systems. You'll provide key administrative support and manage pupil data to ensure records are accurate and up to date. Your responsibilities will include:
* Maintaining and updating the school's Management Information System (SIMS or similar)
* Producing attendance and assessment reports for SLT
* Supporting the timetabling and data analysis processes
* Liaising with staff, parents, and external agencies professionally and promptly
* General admin duties to support the school office as needed
Requirements:
* Strong administrative experience (school-based preferred but not essential)
* Excellent IT skills, particularly Excel and database systems
* Familiarity with SIMS or similar school data systems (training can be provided)
* High attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive information confidentially
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply through us)
