We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Curriculum Lead - Service Sector Apprenticeships & Work-Based Learning. In this vital role, you will lead and manage our teams, drive the success of our apprenticeship and full-cost portfolio, and enhance achievement rates across all curriculum areas.
You will create innovative course offerings that meet the needs of both employers and local communities while overseeing Internal Quality Assurance in line with external standards. Working closely with the Assistant Principal, you will play a vital role in the growth and development of our curriculum area, addressing local and national demands for high-quality apprenticeships and work-based learning. Responsibilities
* Lead and manage curriculum teams across the Service Sector Apprenticeships & Work-Based Learning portfolio.
* Drive the success of the apprenticeship and full-cost portfolio and enhance achievement rates across all curriculum areas.
* Create innovative course offerings that meet the needs of employers and local communities.
* Oversee Internal Quality Assurance in line with external standards.
* Collaborate with the Assistant Principal to grow and develop the curriculum area in response to local and national demands.

Location: Lincoln
Contractual hours: 37
Benefits
* Holiday entitlement of up to 55 days (including bank holidays and closure days) pro-rata if part time.
* Potential LAT Excellence Pay increment, currently £47,964 (subject to eligibility criteria) pro-rata if part time.
* Relaxed dress code on Fridays and non-term time.
