Key Responsibilities
* Advising clients on suitable mortgage and protection products
* Managing and converting internally generated leads
* Supporting clients through the mortgage application and approval process
* Maintaining compliance with FCA regulations and company procedures
* Building strong relationships with buyers, lenders, and estate agency colleagues
* Keeping up to date with mortgage products, lenders, and market changes
Skills & Experience
* Fully CeMAP qualified or equivalent mortgage qualification
* Previous experience as a Mortgage & Protection Advisor
* Strong understanding of mortgage and protection products
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to manage and convert a strong lead pipeline
* Organised with strong attention to detail
* Professional and proactive approach to client relationships
* Full UK driving licence preferred
