Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Head Chef to join our wonderful team. The ideal candidate will work across 2 venues, have a strong background in food preparation, with a commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and quality at all times. As a Head Chef, you will be responsible for creating delicious dishes, managing kitchen operations, and supervising kitchen staff to ensure a smooth workflow in our restaurant.
Responsibilities
* Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and menu specifications.
* Oversee food production processes to ensure quality and consistency in all meals served.
* Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout the kitchen.
* Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient operation.
* Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and ensuring proper storage of ingredients.
* Ensure that the kitchen is organised, clean, and well-maintained at all times.
* Assist in training new kitchen staff on cooking techniques and safety practices.

* Proficient in food preparation techniques and culinary skills.
* Strong understanding of food safety regulations and best practices.
* Experience in supervising kitchen staff and managing a team effectively.
