What you’ll be doing:
* Running and developing your own caseload of commercial property matters
* Handling files from initial instruction through to post-completion
* Working alongside senior fee earners on complex transactions to broaden your expertise
What the firm is looking for:
* Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive
* A minimum of 2 years’ PQE in commercial property work
* Confident managing transactions independently while comfortable collaborating on higher-value or technical matters
* Candidates from a residential conveyancing background looking to pivot into commercial property should get in touch
Additional details:
Full-time is ideal, but those interested in part-time or compressed hours will be considered.
