The Firm
Our client is a top 5, global law firm is seeking an experienced Corporate & Finance Legal PA to support lawyers within a busy and fast-paced team in their City of London office.
The Opportunity
This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive Legal PA to join a highly regarded team and provide professional secretarial, organisational, and administrative support to Partners and laywers within their Corporate & Finance group. You will play a key role in ensuring fee earners are supported effectively while maintaining excellent service for clients. Key responsibilities include:
* Providing proactive support to allocated Partners and lawyers
* Managing busy diaries and coordinating meetings, conference calls, and appointments
* Inbox and mailbox management, helping to prioritise and respond to communications
* Organising travel arrangements including flights, accommodation, and detailed itineraries
* Supporting the billing process, including preparing and generating bills and maintaining records of expenses and disbursements
* Assisting with client engagement letters and ensuring compliance with risk and regulatory procedures
* Supporting business development activities including preparing pitches, updating CVs and credentials
* Producing and amending documents, formatting and proofreading
* Maintaining accurate electronic filing systems and opening new client matters
This Legal PA position is a full time, permanent role, working Monday - Friday 9.30am - 5.30pm.
Requirements
* At least 4 years' previous Legal Secretary / Legal PA experience within a law firm (essential)
* Experience supporting Partners within Corporate/Finance teams
* Extensive billing experience (essential)
