Job Overview
As a Process Operative, you will work as part of a team reporting to a Team Leader and then to the Section Leader. Effective communication, teamwork, and interaction with colleagues and supervisory staff are essential.
The role mainly involves working in a temperature-controlled environment, standing for extended periods, and performing repetitive tasks.
Shift Pattern
06:00 to 18:00, rotating weekly pattern: Week 1 (Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday), Week 2 (Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday).

Skills and Knowledge Required
* Ability to work effectively within a team to meet production targets.
* Safe use of knives, scissors, and other equipment for trimming, slicing, and dicing products, adhering to health and safety standards.
* Ability to tray and pack products according to customer specifications and quality standards.
* Maintain product quality and handle non-conforming products appropriately.
* Keep the work area clean and dispose of waste properly.
* Rotate tasks within the area and work as trained.
* Communicate with managers about training needs and task limitations.
* Promote health and safety at all times, reporting issues and accidents promptly.
* Set a good example in behavior and maintain quality and hygiene standards.
* Meet productivity standards and be flexible to work in different areas as needed.
* Work overtime or outside core hours as required to meet business demands.
* Reduce environmental impact through waste reduction and recycling initiatives.
* Perform any other duties as required.
