Location: Hybrid - 2 days a week with the Manchester team

Role Overview: Seeking a Social Media Marketing Executive with strong B2B digital campaign experience, especially in social media and copywriting. The role involves owning and driving strategy, campaign planning, and execution across multiple channels, working closely with internal creative and digital teams.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Research industry trends and generate creative ideas for new channels or messages.
2. Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, liaising with creative and digital teams to manage resources and timelines.
3. Analyze campaign performance against KPIs to measure ROI and inform future strategies.
4. Monitor campaign results and provide reports with recommendations for improvements.
Candidate Profile: Driven, energetic, creative, with outside-the-box thinking and content input across channels. Analytical skills to assess performance and ROI are essential.
Team Environment: Work with an internal digital agency team specializing in design, content, video, and multi-channel marketing (search, social, CRM).
