Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service and sales support across all channels

Manage incoming enquiries and maintain strong relationships with customers

Support the sales team to achieve business objectives and revenue targets

Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling products and services
*
Follow up on leads, generate quotes, and book appointments for account managers
*
Handle customer queries and complaints with professionalism and attention to detail
*
Maintain accurate records in CRM and internal databases
*
Liaise with multiple departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery
Skills & Experience Required:
*
Proven experience in internal sales, sales coordination, or customer service
*
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
*
Confident dealing with internal and external stakeholders
*
Strong organisational and time management abilities
*
Proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel); SAP or SAGE experience is an advantage
*
Previous experience using CRM systems is desirable
*
