We’re looking for a caring, energetic Early Years/Nursery Assistant to support young children in a warm, nurturing early years setting. If you love helping little ones learn through play, build confidence, and reach their milestones, this could be the perfect role for you.
Your Day-to-Day:
* Support children aged 0–5 in line with the EYFS framework
* Help create fun, engaging, play-based learning activities
* Encourage social, emotional, and physical development
* Support children with routines, personal care, and transitions
* Work closely with nursery practitioners, room leaders, and parents
* Be a positive, reassuring presence throughout the day
You’ll Need:
* Experience working with young children (nursery or early years setting preferred)
* A patient, nurturing, and enthusiastic approach
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* A genuine passion for early childhood development
