This role offers flexible working arrangements, including remote and hybrid options, and presents an exciting opportunity for a senior professional to lead and develop property litigation services across a diverse client portfolio. The successful candidate will oversee complex property disputes, contribute to strategic case management, and work closely with clients from both the private and public sectors.
Your leadership will be pivotal in delivering high‑quality, efficient service, managing a broad spectrum of property‑related issues, and driving the continued success of the team. You will be expected to leverage your extensive experience in property litigation to provide expert advice, handle dispute resolution through various methods, and maintain strong client relationships.
* Partner or legal director‑level experience with a strong background in Property Litigation
* Extensive knowledge of disputes involving commercial and residential development, land occupation, lease dilapidations, rights of light, easements, restrictive covenants, and telecommunications codes
* Experience in property‑related insolvency, business tenancy disputes, lease break options, and other tenancy issues
* Proven ability to manage complex disputes, both through litigation and alternative dispute resolution methods such as arbitration, mediation, and expert determination
* Excellent client management and leadership skills, with the ability to foster strong relationships
* Demonstrable experience working within or leading a large, high‑quality property litigation team
* Relevant legal qualifications with a strong track record of maintaining professional standards and compliance
