About the Role
The Senior People Partner will play a pivotal role in ensuring HR strategies align with company goals and values. This position is both strategic and operational, offering broad scope and diverse responsibilities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Strategic Partnership
* Align HR strategies with business objectives
* Partner with Product & Technology, Legal & Compliance, and Finance helping the development of their teams.
* Lead high-profile projects and provide strategic guidance to leadership teams
* Coach senior leaders and people managers
Talent Development & Management
* Design and implement talent strategies that support global fintech growth
* Coach leaders and support professional development initiatives
* Drive performance and engagement cycles across the organisation
* Collaborate with Centres of Excellence to drive outcomes, upskilling and delivery of new initiatives.
Process Innovation & Improvement
* Create and refine people processes to enhance employee experience
* Leverage data and insights to inform HR evolution, decision making and policy development
* Implement innovative HR strategies adapted from best practices in established environments
* Problem-solve global people challenges in a range of international markets.
Stakeholder Collaboration
* Build strong relationships across all levels of management and diverse teams
* Support various business units through different stages of organisational growth
* Facilitate effective communication and collaboration in a remote work environment
You will have:
* Extensive People Partnering experience working globally across remote teams.
* Strong understanding of both strategic Business Partnering, Talent Management, Employee Experience and Employee Life Cycle management.
* Experience guiding scale-up approaches in high-growth technology organisations.
* Experience leveraging AI to improve business processes and service delivery.
* Proven ability to diagnose, design and deliver HR solutions for complex business problems.
* Proven ability to coach and develop people managers
* Minimum 8 years' experience in Business Partnering and Talent Management

* Global experience in a scaling organisation from 500 - 3000 heads.
* Experience of working within African market place or client portfolio.

Pay range and compensation package
Up to 95k plus bonus 10% and excellent benefits
