We are looking for a Finance Manager to join our team in Luton to business partner and jointly manage the finance function. Your role is pivotal in providing accurate and timely financial information throughout the business.

As a Finance Manager you’ll be:
* Assisting with the preparation of statutory accounts for all Group companies and Group consolidation in accordance with financial reporting standards and best practice.
* Responsible for day-to-day management and oversight of the Accounts Payable function.
* Managing weekly and monthly cash flow forecasts, ensuring the company’s working capital is within agreed targets.
* Working with internal stakeholders, including board members, to advise them on budget setting and monitoring, delivering an excellent business partnering service.
* Producing high-quality information, data, and KPIs, ensuring that the information and data produced by the finance teams is transparent, accurate, and appropriate for corporate reporting.
* Supporting ad-hoc analysis and projects to meet the needs of the business.
As a Finance Manager you’ll have:
* Experience of working in a similar role, leading, and managing a team within a medium/large company.
* Knowledge of accounting systems and intermediate MS Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and V-lookups.
* Initiative and the ability to influence change through an investigative and proactive approach.
* Resilience and adaptability to work in an organization undergoing change due to development and growth.
* The ability to build trust and credibility, aligning with our company culture and values.
* An accountancy qualification such as ACCA, ACA, or CIMA is preferred.
