Employment Solicitor (3+ years')
A growing firm is looking to appoint an Employment Solicitor (3+ years' PQE) to join its established Employment team in Edinburgh. This is an excellent opportunity for an employment lawyer seeking varied, high-quality work within a supportive and collaborative environment.
The Role
You will support a busy Employment team, advising clients across a broad range of employment law matters, including:

* Advising on employment rights and obligations
\t
* Drafting and reviewing employment contracts, policies and related documentation
\t
* Supporting clients with workplace disputes, restructures, redundancies and TUPE matters
\t
* Representing clients in employment tribunal proceedings
\t
* Delivering client training on key employment law topics
The role involves working closely with a partner based in Edinburgh, as well as collaborating with colleagues across the wider Employment team.
About you
You will:
\t
* Be a qualified employment lawyer with at least 3 years' PQE
\t
* Have sound technical employment law experience
\t
* Be a confident communicator with strong drafting skills
\t
* Be able to manage client expectations, risk and financial targets
\t
* Be organised, adaptable and comfortable working to deadlines
