People Solutions Change Partner – Change & Transformation Partner
This role will lead and manage all change and transformation work in the UK and Ireland, ensuring smooth and compliant transitions for employees and alignment with Concentrix business goals.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Responsible for all change programs, creating and owning project plans, engaging with all relevant stakeholders and clients, ensuring transparent and clear communication to all parties.
* Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure employee engagement and minimise resistance.
* Work closely with the leadership teams, both within the business and within the greater PS organization, to ensure smooth delivery of all change, its effectiveness, reducing employee and business impact.
* People Solutions owner for all bids, creating material, writing responses, working with Sales and Client Success to build the right solution and inform the business of any potential risks and how to manage them.
* Provide expert guidance on ER matters, particularly relating to redundancy, TUPE transfers, consultation and case management, ensuring compliance with legislation, company policies and procedures.
* Own union and/or client engagement and management during TUPE transfer processes.
* Influence and communicate with stakeholders on decisions and their impact, ensuring an understanding of legislation while remaining commercially aware.
* Design and implement communication and engagement plans to support the changes within the current business and impacted groups.
* Collaborate with and engage wider People Solutions function on change activity, e.g., Total Reward, Payroll, Talent and Learning & Development.
* Partner with People Solutions teams in UK and Ireland to engage them where required or provide ad‑hoc support in other areas of People Solutions.
* Monitor progress of change initiatives, evaluate their effectiveness, and adjust as necessary.
* Occasional travel across the UK may be required.
Candidate Profile
* At least 2 years of experience leading large scale, complex change projects, including TUPE transfers and bid work.
* Strong analytical and interpretive skills.
* Solid understanding of business operations and industry; demonstrated business acumen.
* Customer service orientation and professionalism for self and team.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Proactive initiative and focus on continuous improvement.
* Excellent collaboration skills and understanding of commercial impacts of HR.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to present information effectively to internal and external stakeholders.
* Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
* CIPD or Employment law qualification is desirable.
