We are looking for an experienced Vehicle MET Technician to join a reputable accident repair centre based in Swansea.

The Vehicle MET Technician will be responsible for delivering high-quality vehicle repairs, working efficiently within a team to meet industry standards and customer expectations.
* Starting salary up to £18 per hour, dependent on experience and current earnings
* Overtime at time and a half rate, subject to availability - 20 days annual holiday plus bank holidays

* Working hours from 8:00am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday, with summer hours starting an hour earlier Duties:
* As a Vehicle MET Technician, accurately remove and replace mechanical, electrical, and trim components on vehicles
* Diagnose and identify hidden damage after stripping vehicles, assisting with parts and labour estimates
* Ensure all repairs adhere to safety standards and are completed efficiently to manufacturer protocols
* Carry out duties outlined on job cards, prioritising workload to meet deadlines
* Support colleagues during busy periods through effective multi-tasking
* Maintain a safe working environment and support team operations as a Vehicle MET Technician Requirements:
* Recognised qualification in automotive MET or vehicle body repair is preferred; candidates working toward an IMI qualification will also be considered
* Extensive experience in vehicle body repair or strip and fit work is highly regarded
* Ability to work under pressure, manage time effectively, and meet strict deadlines
* Strong team player with the initiative to work independently as necessary
