North Tyneside | Well-connected suburban location £90 – £110 per day | PAYE | Depending on experience The role: Supporting students across KS3 and KS4, both 1:1 and in small groups Working with pupils who may have SEND, SEMH needs, or additional learning needs Supporting learning in the classroom while promoting independence and engagement Helping to maintain a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment Collaborating closely with teachers, pastoral staff, and SEN teams We’re looking for someone who: Has experience working with children or young people (school-based experience desirable) Is calm, patient, and proactive in supporting behaviour and learning Can build positive relationships with pupils and staff Is reliable, adaptable, and confident working in a secondary setting Why work with Protocol Education?
