Working Hours
* Monday to Thursday: 08:30 - 17:00
* Friday: 08:30 - 16:00

Your Key Responsibilities
* Oversee daily warehouse operations from goods in to dispatch
* Maintain accurate inventory using computerised stock management tools
* Lead and mentor a small warehouse team, set expectations, monitor performance, and foster a positive culture
* Coordinate with transport and courier partners for timely deliveries
* Proactively solve problems and implement solutions
* Communicate effectively across departments to align warehouse activities with company goals
* Maintain Health & Safety standards and conduct risk assessments
* Manage supplier deliveries and resolve stock discrepancies
* Organise maintenance for equipment and facilities
* Analyze workflows and implement efficiency improvements using data
* Develop and maintain SOPs for consistency, safety, and quality
* Set and monitor KPIs, identify trends, and reduce errors
* Ensure compliance with regulatory and environmental standards
* Support onboarding and cross-training of staff
* Manage warehouse space utilization and forecast seasonal demands
* Coordinate stock levels to prevent over/understocking
* Champion continuous improvement initiatives
Minimum Requirements
* At least 2 years of team leadership experience
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Excellent attention to detail and proactive attitude
* Proficient in IT, including MS Office, email, and stock systems (bonus if familiar with Sage 50)
* Understanding of Health & Safety regulations in a warehouse setting
* Reliable, self-motivated, and committed to owning your role
Preferred Qualifications
* 3+ years experience in warehouse/logistics management
* Valid FLT license or willingness to undertake training
* First Aid or H&S certifications
