Dentist / Bodmin, Cornwall. MBR Dental are currently recruiting for a dental practice located in Bodmin, Cornwall to recruit a Dentist to join their team on a permanent basis. Non-profit community based dental group. Available immediately or notice periods taken into consideration. Multi surgery dental practice, newly renovated with state-of-the-art technologies / facilities.
Employed Roles
* Competitive base salary from £68,250
* Supplementary bonus scheme with uncapped OTE, with a potential in excess of £120,000
* Based on a balanced clinical mix: Private, NHS (UDA), and Unscheduled Dental Care

Associate Roles
* Earning potential in excess of £150,000 (OTE)
* Based on 1,400 UDAs at £14.50, from £3,000 Denplan gross/month (35% split), Unscheduled Care 2 days/week at £23 per patient, and strong private demand
* NHS (UDA): 1,400 UDAs from £14.50 per UDA
* Private: 50% income split
* Denplan: 35% income split (incl. hygienist usage split); approx. £3,000/month gross
* Unscheduled Care: 2 days/week, 16 patients/day at £23 per patient (£35k+/year)
* Balanced clinical mix: Private, NHS (UDA) & Unscheduled Dental Care

* Golden Hello of up to £10,000.00
