Health & Safety Coordinator - Mountains
Health & Safety sits at the heart of every Cardrona x Treble Cone experience. We are on the search for a committed and enthusiastic Health & Safety Coordinator to join our team to support our culture that puts safety first.
As a large business with many worksites, safety is a crucial part of this position, ensuring all health and safety requirements are met and work with the teams to manage and improve standards and systems. You will be a proactive and positive, working closely with people empowering them with the responsibility to contribute to a safe workplace. You will support guidance and support to leaders with the goal of raising capacity and capability within the Health & Safety space.
This is a full-time fixed-term role based at Cardrona/Treble Cone.
We are looking for someone who has:
1. Someone with the ability to build strong working relationships
2. High attention to detail
3. Knowledge of New Zealand's regulatory requirements
4. Experience in the development, implementation and continuous improvement of Health & Safety policies and procedures (preferred)
5. Experience within tourism or ski environment would be desirable
6. Someone with a full New Zealand drivers licence
