 * You are an experienced Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous ready to step up.
 * Passionate about fresh, quality food and consistent presentation.
 * Confident leading the team in the Head Chef’s absence.
 * Organised, calm under pressure, and great with mentoring junior chefs.
 * Strong understanding of kitchen management, hygiene, and stock control.
