A client within the Public Sector based in the East Midlands is currently recruiting for a Rural Estate Manager to join their Property team as soon as possible. The client is offering a full time, temporary position on an ongoing basis with the ideal candidate having experience of working within a local authority within a rural estate management environment. The Role Key purpose of the role is to lead a team of professional rural surveyors and oversee the management of the Council’s extensive 14,000-hectare rural estate, ensuring best value, legal compliance, environmental responsibility, and strategic asset performance.
