Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas are tidy and welcoming. This role requires effective communication skills and a strong commitment to customer service, as you will interact with clients and ensure their satisfaction with the cleaning services provided.
Responsibilities
* Perform cleaning duties in designated areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces.
* Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitise surfaces to maintain a high standard of cleanliness.
* Dispose of waste and ensure recycling protocols are followed.
* Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
* Communicate effectively with team members and clients to address any specific cleaning requests or concerns.
* Drive to various locations as required for cleaning assignments.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in English to communicate clearly with clients and colleagues.
* Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential.
* Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* A valid driving licence is an advantage for transportation between sites.
This position is for 5 locations within Oswestry town centre. 3 days (Mon,Wed,Thurs) per week in one location @7.5 hours.
2 HMO once every 2 weeks for 1 hour each
1 hour every Monday in St Martins
5 days per week start at 1700 till 1930 in another location key holder repsonsiblites.
