We're now looking for a friendly, proactive Customer Service Advisor to join us in ensuring our clients receive the very best service every time they get in touch.
The Role
As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers. You'll handle queries with professionalism and empathy, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and efficiently while maintaining our reputation for exceptional service.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Answering incoming calls and responding to customer queries via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
* Logging and tracking issues, ensuring timely resolution.
* Managing customer orders.
* Placing orders with suppliers and coordinating delivery timelines.
* Booking engineer visits and installations with customers.
* Resolving customer faults by liaising directly with suppliers to ensure prompt resolution.
* Coordinating with internal teams to escalate technical or service-related problems.
* Building positive relationships with customers by providing clear, helpful, and proactive communication.
* Supporting continuous improvements to enhance the customer experience.
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
* Customer-focused, with excellent communication and listening skills.
* Confident in handling queries with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
* Organised, with strong attention to detail.
* Able to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
* Comfortable using IT systems and eager to learn new technologies.
Experience in a customer service role (in telecoms, IT, or a similar sector) is desirable but not essential — what matters most is your attitude and commitment to delivering great service.
