£13.35 - £14.35 per hour + bonus
We are seeking an experienced Factory Operative to join a growing team within a well known manufacturer in Dudley.
This role is ideal for someone with any of the skills of: slitter, roll mill, band saw,, overhead crane, rolling mill or machine operator.
Key elements and benefits of the factory operative role:
3 shift weekly rotation
AM shift is 0600 - 1400
Night shift is 2200 - 0600
PM shift is 1400 - 2200
Monday to Friday position
Overtime available consistently
Attendance bonus monthly -
Healthcare - including private doctor consultations and dentistry
The role of factory operative includes:
1. Operate the roll mill machinery within a team
2. Produce parts at the correct rate and report any issues with achieving that rate
