We are looking for a Project Support Administrator Apprentice who can work as part of a small team to help facilitate our Programme Office function and ensure the smooth management of the Partnership’s administration across a range of projects. You’ll enjoy working in a varied and quick-paced project environment, providing high quality administrative support across our programme of projects.
Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support across our programme of projects, including meeting support, responding to enquiries and requests for information, data processing and recharges, and filing.
* Assist the Programme Office Administrator with day-to-day office administration.
* Support a variety of different and exciting projects under the Moors for the Future Partnership programme.
* Demonstrate confidentiality, accuracy and a proactive approach in all tasks.
Apprenticeship details
* You will study towards the Business Administration level 3 Apprenticeship standard.
* This will take approximately 18 months.
* You will receive full training and support in the workplace to learn the skills, knowledge and behaviours needed to achieve your apprenticeship.
What we’re looking for
* Administrative and organisational skills
* Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
* Strong IT skills, particularly in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Accurate data entry and attention to detail
* Ability to work flexibly and adapt when priorities change
* A team-focused attitude and willingness to support colleagues

The Moors for the Future Partnership (MFFP) is an externally funded partnership within the Peak District National Park Authority. MFFP carries out evidence-based moorland restoration programmes within the Peak District and South Pennines, liaising with funders, stakeholders, landowners and the general public. Our work is highly valued across our partnerships as we work together to protect and enhance the natural resources on our doorstep.
