Your new role We have multiple opportunities for Chartered Residential Surveyors. You will be conducting a range of private valuations, and Level 2 and Level 3 reports in the London area. Reporting directly to the Director of Surveying. In due course you are expected to carry out valuations for lending purposes. We have multiple vacancies across London and home counties. It’s a great opportunity for the candidates to define and establish their own patch. What you’ll need to succeed MRICS and FRICS. Highly experienced AssocRICS will be considered. Minimum 2 years PQE VRS Registered Experience having conducted private valuations, Level 2 and Level 3 reports Ability to use technology to improve quality and efficiency. Ambition and passion to build a thriving practice. Experience with loan security valuations.
