About the role SEN Teaching Assistants – EYFS Rainbow Room 2 Positions Available | Full-Time | Long-Term Start Date: September 2026 As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will support children within the school’s EYFS Rainbow Room, working closely with the class teacher, SENCo, and wider support staff to provide tailored support for pupils with complex additional needs. The role will involve supporting communication, emotional regulation, sensory needs, and early learning development through structured routines and personalised strategies.
