We are seeking a dedicated Legal Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our legal team and ensure efficient office operations. Day-to-day of the role: Administrative Support: Manage schedules, organise meetings, and handle correspondence to support the legal team. Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing updates on case progress. Document Management: Maintain and organise legal documents, ensuring all files are up-to-date and easily accessible. Data Entry: Accurately input and update client information and case details in the firm’s database. Billing and Invoicing: Assist with the preparation and processing of invoices to ensure timely and accurate billing. Case Management: Support the legal team in managing case files, tracking deadlines, and coordinating with external parties as needed. Office Coordination: Oversee office supplies and equipment to ensure the office runs smoothly and efficiently. Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience: Previous experience in an administrative role, Skills: Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
