Electrical Trainer Location: Malton, North Yorkshire Salary: £29,000 - £40,000 (depending on qualifications & experience) Hours: 9-day fortnight (enjoy two long weekends every month!) A well-respected engineering training provider in North Yorkshire is seeking an Electrical Trainer to deliver key apprenticeship units, including: Electrical and Electronics Principles Level 3 Application and Principles of PLCs Level 3 Assembling and Testing Programmable Controller Based Systems Level 2 Assembling and Testing Electronic Circuits Level 2 Possibly Mechatronics Level 4 (not essential but a bonus!) What You'll Be Doing: ✔️ Deliver engaging, practical training sessions to apprentices in a state-of-the-art facility ✔️ Support learners working towards their electrical apprenticeship qualifications ✔️ Mentor and guide apprentices to develop strong technical and industry-relevant skills ✔️ Work with a structured day-release programme designed to meet industry standards and safety regulations What We’re Looking For: Solid experience in electrical engineering, ideally with hands-on exposure to PLCs and electronic circuit assembly Passion for teaching, coaching, and inspiring apprentices—training experience is a plus, but not essential (full training can be provided!)
