The Opportunity
Seeking an Analyst/Associate to join the Asset Management function.
The role offers exposure across multiple asset classes including:
* Single Family Housing
* Office
* Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA)
* Self-Storage
You will work directly on the execution and optimisation of asset-level business plans, supporting the active management of investments from underwriting through to realisation.
This is a high-responsibility role within a lean, entrepreneurial team. The successful candidate will be expected to take ownership early and contribute meaningfully to investment performance.
Core Responsibilities
* Supporting the execution of asset-level business plans across a diversified portfolio.
* Monitoring asset performance against underwriting assumptions; identifying risks and value creation opportunities.
* Building and maintaining robust financial models, including downside and sensitivity analysis.
* Supporting underwriting and structuring of new investments.
* Preparing investment committee materials and investor reporting.
* Working closely with sponsors, operators, lenders, and advisers to ensure delivery of strategy.
* Supporting portfolio-level monitoring, capital management, and governance processes.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for a high-calibre, commercially minded individual with:
* Several years’ experience in real estate, investment, advisory, or finance (exceptional graduates considered).
* Strong financial modelling and analytical capability.
* A clear understanding of real estate investment fundamentals.
