Job overview
The post-holder will have completed a graduate or postgraduate certificate training delivering the national curriculum for Mental Health and Wellbeing Practitioners.
Main duties of the job
Scope & Authority: The post holder will work under close supervision from a qualified professional to provide collaborative care planning as part of a multidisciplinary team. They will work under clinical supervision from an HCPC registered clinical psychologist to deliver psychologically-informed interventions, with autonomy based on competence.

Working hours and benefits
Shift patterns include Saturday (midnight to midnight), weekdays after 8pm and before 6am, and all hours on Sundays and public holidays.
* 27 days annual leave plus bank holidays, increasing with service length
* Requirement of graduate or postgraduate certificate in delivering mental health and wellbeing interventions
Experience required
* Experience working with individuals with mental health needs, gained through training with supervised practice
* Experience delivering psychologically-informed interventions under supervision
