We are looking for a highly skilled Financial Controller to lead our global Financial Control function and ensure the accuracy, integrity and compliance of World Animal Protection’s financial operations across our International and UK offices. This is a key leadership role within the Finance Directorate, responsible for strengthening our financial governance, improving systems and processes, and enabling effective decision-making across the organisation.
As our Financial Controller, you will oversee financial accounting, internal controls, cash management, payroll, audits, and the operation of our finance system (Microsoft Business Central). You will also manage the Financial Accountant and Accounts Payable Clerk, playing a central role in developing a high-performing team and embedding best practice across our global offices.
