Job Title: Communications Marketing Executive
Location: Maidstone, Kent | Hybrid Working
Salary: £35,000pa
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8am – 4.30pm
Responsibilities
* Create engaging email marketing campaigns
* Produce eye-catching social media content
* Design brochures, flyers, presentations, and marketing materials
* Write compelling copy for digital and offline channels
* Support website updates, SEO, and campaign reporting
* Assist with photography and video content creation
* Work alongside suppliers, agencies, and the wider sales team
Candidate Profile
* A creative and proactive marketer with fresh ideas
* Strong copywriting and communication skills
* Someone who lives and breathes social media trends
* Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and content creation tools
* A team player who is humble, driven, and commercially aware
* Familiarity with AI tools and modern marketing techniques
* A willingness to learn, grow, and go the extra mile
