Responsibilities
* Conduct integrity and HR investigations relating to employee misconduct in all areas of HP business, ensuring that investigations are conducted in strict compliance with HP's investigative guidelines and policies, and all applicable local laws and customs.
* Examine case studies and contribute to the evolution of the global employee relations framework, including programs, policies, procedures, practices, and system enhancements.
* Collaborate with managers and supervisors to provide guidance and support on performance management matters, including performance reviews, performance improvement plans, and feedback conversations.
* Act as an ER consultant, managing HR escalations while ensuring compliance with applicable employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
* Keep up to date with changes in employment laws and regulations.
* Partner with employment law, integrity councils, and HR in the review of case findings and proposed HR recommendations.
* Support the management of the relationship with employee representative groups (work councils, unions, etc.) on behalf of the organization, and support functional project teams and may participate in cross‑functional initiatives.
Qualifications
* Four‑year or graduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Labor Relations, or a related discipline (or commensurate work experience).
* Six to seven years of work experience, preferably in an HR generalist role.
* Effective communication skills.

* Digital fluency.
* Customer centricity.
