Role: Health & Safety CoOrdinator
Location: Furry Park, Santry
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am - 17:30
We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Health & Safety Coordinator to support operational safety across multiple teams and locations. In this role, you will monitor safety incidents, support escalations, deliver training, complete audits, maintain documentation, and ensure all H&S processes align with both internal and customer expectations. This position plays a key role in driving a strong safety culture through continuous improvement, communication, and compliance.
What will you be doing?
* Monitor daily delivery escalations and incidents via Teams and email, escalating issues as per protocol and providing support to operational teams.
* Manage the H&S mailbox, especially during administrative assistant absences.
* Provide daily administrative support, including mailbox management and scheduling of site surveys.
* Support the preparation of monthly Health & Safety bulletins.
* Develop, review, and update SOPs related to RTF VADS, site surveys, and audits, coordinating approvals with the H&S Manager or customer partners as required.
* Deliver training for EMEA VADS subcontractors on SOPs, site surveys, RTF processes, and general H&S topics.
* Conduct internal and external H&S audits, travel to sites, prepare reports using iAuditor, and follow up on corrective actions with management and subcontractors.
* Participate in monthly CT team H&S alignment meetings to ensure cross‑team consistency.
* Manage AWS Smartsheet platform processes including audit plans, gathering critical site information, and reviewing action items with the customer.
* Facilitate monthly H&S calls with regional clusters/VADS, using tracker documents to drive alignment on safety topics.
* Review and approve RAMS and site surveys for all deliveries.
* Support the compilation and analysis of RCCA and KISS reports.
* Manage certifications via Smartsheet, processing certificate requests and validating documentation.
* Coordinate corrective actions raised through RCCA/KISS for both AWS and subcontractors.
* Collaborate closely with CT management and transport teams to provide H&S guidance and recommendations.
* Manage customer H&S documentation requests, including PTWs and PDPs.
About You
* Strong knowledge of Health & Safety practices, processes, and reporting.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams and stakeholders.
* Highly organised with strong administrative ability and attention to detail.
* Able to analyse data, escalate issues appropriately, and contribute to corrective action processes.
* Comfortable delivering training and providing guidance to internal teams and subcontractors.
* Experience with audit processes and the ability to produce high‑quality audit reports.
* Strong IT skills including Smartsheet use or similar platforms.
* Able to travel when required for audits or site visits.
