Responsibilities
of the role include:
1. PAYE risk assessment and health checks
2. Construction Industry Scheme (CIS)
3. Due Diligence - managing and delivering employment tax due diligence reports, working closely with our corporate tax and financial services teams
4. P11Ds and PAYE Settlement Agreements
5. Expense policy monitoring
6. Remuneration, Salary Sacrifice and Benefit planning
7. Employment status including IR35 and agency matters
8. Termination payments andpromise agreements
9. HMRC disclosures and enquiries
10. Annual Share incentivepliance and reporting
11. Reviewing client processes for SAO purposes.
12. NIC advice.
