Senior Pensions Administrator - Belfast
Salary: £32,000-£42,000 (DOE)

What You'll Be Doing
- Leading and mentoring junior administrators and supporting their development
- Checking and authorising complex calculations and casework
- Managing scheme benefit in line with rules and legislation
- Maintaining accurate member records and documentation
- Handling member queries confidently by phone, email, and letter
- Liaising with actuaries, payroll teams, providers, and other stakeholders
- Supporting project work and contributing to high‑quality service delivery
- Prioritising workloads to meet deadlines and service targets
What You Bring
- Strong experience administering DB pension schemes
- A solid understanding of pension legislation and scheme rules
- A proactive, organised, detail‑driven approach
- Confidence communicating technical information clearly
- Ability to support and develop others
- Strong MS Office skills (Excel & Word)
- GCSE Maths & English at grade B/6 or above (or equivalent)
