Job Specifics
* Contract: Fixed-Term Contract (ending 24th December 2025)
* Hours: 18 Hours Per Week (Fridays & Saturdays)
* Must be able to work weekends and evenings.
* Driving required – full UK manual driver’s licence (at least 12 months, no more than 6 penalty points).
Key Responsibilities
* Support store team in boosting sales and smooth operation.
* Deliver exceptional customer service and foster loyalty.
* Share passion for wines, beers, and spirits.
* Maintain store’s appearance and merchandising.
* Participate in day‑to‑day operational tasks, including delivery via company van, stock merchandising and telemarketing for sale opportunities.
* Ensure safety by following internal policies and training.
Knowledge & Skills Required
* Excellent time‑management, delegation and problem‑solving skills.
* Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service.
* Self‑motivated; thrives alone and in a team.
* Can‑do attitude, adaptable, resilient.
* Knowledge of wine, beer & spirits a plus; passion for learning essential.
* Full manual UK driving licence for at least 12 months, no more than 6 penalty points.
