We are looking to recruit an experienced and highly motivated School Business Manager to work in our busy school. The successful candidate will work closely with the Headteacher, Deputy Headteacher and Governors as a key part of the school’s Senior Leadership Team to support the smooth running of the school. What you will do: • Take ownership and oversee all matters relating to finance, compliance, HR, premises and Health & Safety. What you will bring: • a strong financial background; • a proven track record of leadership skills; • organisation, reliability and self-motivation; • clear communication and the ability to build effective and supportive relationships across the whole staff team; • a dedicated and professional outlook; enthusiasm about the role and the ability to use your knowledge; being flexible and organised to ensure the delivery of the best possible outcomes for each of our pupils.
