We have just the role for you as Facilities and Support Services Co-ordinator at Runnymede. The advertised salary is inclusive of an Outer London weighting allowance of 3,315 per annum (Prorated if you’re part-time) What it's like to work here Runnymede and Ankerwycke is an open access National Trust site with significant history containing memorials and linked with modern pieces of art, connected by new access pathways. The Lutyens designed lodges hold the Office and Tea Room on the estate. You'll be required to support occasional weekend working as part of a rota within the team, this will be flexible and on operational demand (likely to be one weekend every 4-5 weeks in a cycle). You will also need to work some bank holidays. What you'll be doing This is a busy place, there’s a lot going on and you’ll find that no two days are the same. Generally, you’ll be supporting day-to-day operations, and be the first person that people see when they come into the office. Your advice and experience will be sought after by others beyond the office team, including volunteers. You will be co-ordinating the maintenance of the historic Lutyens offices and be hands on when the need arises for maintenance of the artworks. There will be an element of outdoor working as part of this role. You’ll be a champion of best practice when it comes to business support and will confidently challenge the status quo when you think there’s a better way of doing something.
