Campaign opening hours are 8am and 7pm Monday to Friday, with no weekend work.

This is a full-time role; part-time hours or inflexibility during the required hours cannot be accommodated.
Salary: £12.21 from 1st April 2025.
Training: 11 days of classroom-based training from 9am to 6pm, followed by 10 days of nesting after training. Full attendance is mandatory, with no flexibility in the first 4 weeks. No holidays will be approved during this period; appointments must be confirmed with recruitment prior to start date.
ID requirements include Passport or Birth Certificate, National Insurance Number, and proof of address (dated within the last 3 months). Acceptable documents vary by location and can be found via provided links.
Probity checks include DBS and Credit Checks, focusing on outstanding CCJs and Bankruptcy. Applicants on payment plans may still apply. Employer covers costs. Employment depends on passing these checks and having the right to work in the UK.
What does an average day look like?
1. Working up to 9 hours per day, including a 1-hour unpaid break, in a lively contact centre environment, either on-site or remotely.
2. Signing into systems to prepare for the first call.
3. Communicating with various customers, some seeking quick updates, others challenging or frustrated.
4. Working in a fast-paced environment with high call volume, engaging with multiple customers daily.
