Female Complex Care Assistant – Poole, Dorset
We are seeking a female complex care assistant to support a child with complex care needs in Poole, Dorset.

You'll be working with a happy little boy who has complex care needs, including hypoplastic kidneys requiring peritoneal dialysis, challenging behaviour, and use of non-invasive ventilation. He loves music and uses devices such as YouTube and Spotify.
What You’ll Do
* Provide personal care and daily living support
* Assist with non-invasive ventilation and dialysis support under guidance
* Support client’s mobility, wellbeing, and engagement with activities
* Follow care plans and communicate effectively with the care team and family
* Support with epilepsy, seizure management, and medication administration
Requirements
* Basic care experience required
* Paediatric experience preferable
* Experience supporting challenging behaviour
* Medication administration experience
* Seizure management and epilepsy experience
* Learning disability experience desirable
